At Indulge we offer four different menus to suit all tastes.

Our food is prepared by a dedicated, skilled kitchen team lead by Alan, working with the finest and
carefully selected locally sourced ingredients to create simple and yet exquisite cuisine with
a contemporary twist. The classic English menus emphasise Lancashire's finest seasonal produce
and rustic flavours.

As our food is freshly prepared it enables us to easily adapt the dish to accommodate any
special diets such as gluten free or low carbohydrate on request. Our menu also offers a
good selection for both the vegetarian and pescatarian diner.
